1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after your payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Shipping Time: 4-17 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Fees
We offer the following shipping rates based on your delivery destination:
- France (Metropolitan): FREE shipping on all orders
- European Union (EU): FREE shipping on all orders
- Rest of World: €15.99 flat rate
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Please note: For international orders outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to check your delivery status on the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive tracking details within 5 days of your order, please contact us.
5. Delays and Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs processes, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us — we’ll do our best to assist and resolve the issue.
6. Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at roamthrive.shop@gmail.com
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees imposed by your local government.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
