To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error cannot be accepted for return.
💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
⚙️ Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us before sending it back.

We’ll provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.
Do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process them.
